Easter holiday camp

A Typical Day at Our Multi-Sport Holiday Camp

Our holiday camps are designed to keep children active, engaged, and smiling from start to finish. Each day offers a wide variety of fun and inclusive sports activities suitable for all abilities.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

8:45am – 9:00am: Registration

Children arrive, meet their group leaders, and get settled in ready for a fun-packed day.

9:00am – 9:30am: Ice Breaker Challenges

We kick things off with fun team games and confidence-building challenges to help everyone feel relaxed and included.

9:30am – 10:30am: Activity 1

Time to get moving! This might be a fast-paced game of dodgeball, a mini football tournament, or a creative problem-solving challenge.

10:30am – 10:45am: Morning Break

A chance to rest, refuel with a snack, and enjoy some free play with new friends.

10:45am – 12:00pm: Activity 2

We might set up an archery sessioncricket skills workshop, or a volleyball rotation—each day is different.

12:00pm – 12:30pm: Lunch Break

Children enjoy their packed lunches in a supervised, relaxed environment, followed by time to unwind.

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Activity 3

A new challenge! Maybe tennis drillspickleball matches, or a creative target game designed to develop coordination.

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Activity 4

Team games like basketballsoftball, or rounders help build teamwork and confidence while keeping things fun.

2:30pm – 2:45pm: Afternoon Break

A short recharge before the final burst of energy!

2:45pm – 3:30pm: Activity 5 & Wrap-Up

We finish strong with a group favourite – perhaps a camp-wide challenge, a mini tournament, or a final chance to try a new sport before home time.

Sports Camp Must Haves

To ensure kids have the best experience at a sports holiday camp, it’s important they come prepared with the right essentials.

Clothing

Weather appropriate clothing is key – light, breathable outfits for warm days, with a sun hat and suncream to stay protected and a light rain jacket if needed. On slightly colder and windy days, please provide a coat and warm, layered clothing so that children can stay warm and dry and adjust to the changing temperatures whilst staying active.

By packing these essentials, children can stay comfortable, energised and make the most of their sports-filled day!

Lunch

A healthy, energy boosting lunch is essential to keep them fuelled throughout the day, with plenty of nutritious snacks to maintain their stamina. Hydration is just as important, so pack a refillable water bottle – no fizzy drinks please – to keep them refreshed and ready to play.

By packing these essentials, children can stay comfortable, energised and make the most of their sports-filled day!

Terms and Conditions

  • Children must be dropped off within the specified registration time.
  • Late arrivals may not be accepted.
  • Parents/guardians must sign in their child upon arrival.
  • Children must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear suitable for the activities and weather conditions.
  • In hot weather, children must bring a sun hat and suncream (to be applied before arrival and provided for reapplication).
  • In cold or wet weather, children must bring suitable layers, a waterproof jacket and gloves and hat if necessary.
  • A nutritious packed lunch and snacks must be provided. No nut-based products due to allergy risks.
  • A refillable water bottle must be provided – no fizzy drinks or glass bottles allowed.
  • Any medication (including inhalers or EpiPens) must be handed in at registration with written instructions.
  • Medication will only be administered if a signed medical consent form is provided.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • All emergency contact details must be fully completed on the booking system before the camp starts.
  • Parents/guardians must be available by the phone throughout the day in case of emergencies.
  • Children must be collected at the specified time. Late pick-ups may incur an additional fee.
  • Only authorised adults listed on the registration form may collect a child.
  • If someone else needs to collect your child, you must inform the camp in advance.
  • If a child is not collected within 30 minutes of the designated time and no contact has been made, safeguarding procedures may be followed, including notifying relevant authorities.
  • The camp promotes a safe and respectful environment
  • If a child’s behaviour poses a safety risk or disrupts the experience for others, the camp reserves the right to send them home. No refunds will be issued in this case.
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made with 2 days of the camp start date will receive a partial refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made after this period unless due to exceptional circumstances.
  • If the camp is cancelled by the organisers (due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or credit for a future camp will be provided.
  • The camp follows strict safety procedures, but participation in physical activities carries an inherent risk of injury.
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, the camp cannot accept responsibility for accidental injuries or loss/damage to personal belongings.
  • Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or additional support needs before the camp begins.
  • It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure their child is fit and healthy to participate in physical activities.

By registering your child, you confirm that :

  • You have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
  • You understand that the camp operates under strict safeguarding and safety policies.
  • You have provided accurate medical and emergency contact information.
